Seven rules for every post

  • One angle per post. One audience and one market only: government, hospitality, industrial, developers, investors or network. Never mixed in the same caption.
  • No customer names. No logos, no projects, no named client, unless Phaenoran approves it in writing.
  • No commercial terms. No tariffs, tenors, returns or prices. Those are agreed project by project.
  • One call to action. “Talk to our team”, the same label everywhere, linked to the contact form or a deck request.
  • Claims are checked. Every market figure is verified against its published source before the post ships, and dated if it is not current.
  • House image format. Square, 1080 by 1080: clear photography with space for text, a short headline in DM Serif Text with the key phrase in orange, a tag line bottom left, the mark bottom right. Never text on a busy background.
  • Respect the calendar. Check each market’s dates before posting: Ramadan and Eid in the Gulf, Nyepi in Bali, Pongal and Republic Day in India. Water as a Service posts for clients leave out the investor side.
